Shipping
ScandiCouture ships all orders within the continental United States free of charge. Your shipment will arrive within 5 business days after we have received your order. We use FedEx as our preferred carrier. We are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. Please contact us regarding international shipping.
Returns
We take great pride in our products and carefully inspect them before shipping. We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund or an exchange.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please make sure the items you return are in their original condition. We can not accept items showing signs of wear or those that have been damaged.
Please follow these steps to return your purchase:
1. Contact us for a return label. service@scandicouture.com.
2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and materials.
3. Ship Your Package with Return Receipt Only. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
ScandiCouture will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
